Pengertian Spoof Text
Spoof Text yaitu sebuah teks yang menceritakan hal-hal / pengalaman-pengalaman lucu, yang sanggup berasal dari kisah kehidupan sehari-hari yang di ceritakan supaya pembaca tertawa dan terhibur dengan keberadaannya.
Tujuan dari di buatnya Spoof text yaitu untuk:
- Menghibur pembaca
- Berbagi pengalaman yang menyenangkan /lucu dan tidak biasa
Generic structure dalam spoof text yaitu :
Orientation, berisi pengenalan tokoh, latar, tempat, keadaan dsb.
Events, berisi rangkaian peristiwa atau insiden yang terjadi yang biasanya di buat sebagai pengantar kelucuan yang terjadi di bagian akhir.
Twist atau ending kisah tamat kisah yang berisi momen lucu dan juga kadang tidak terduga.
Perbedaan Spoof dan Anecdote
Anecdote menceritakan insiden ganjil atau tidak biasa. Tidak lah benar kalau Anecdote Text merupakan jenis teks bahasa Inggris yang menceritakan kisah atau insiden lucu tetapi Anecdote lebih menceritakan kisah atau insiden ganjil atau tidak biasa.
Spoof Text adalah teks yang bergotong-royong dibebani kiprah untuk menceritakan kejadian-kejadian atau kisah-kisah lucu. Dengan diawali alur kisah yang tampak normal dan pada bab Twist semuanya berubah dari insiden normal menjadi insiden yang lucu / tak terduga.

The Foolish Robbery
Last week there was a man came into the shop with a shot of a gun and demanded all the money from the cash drawer. After the cashier put the cash in a bag, the robber saw a bottle of scotch behind the counter on the shelf. He told the cashier to put it in the bag as well, but the cashier refused and said," I do not believe that you are over 21."
Robbers said yes, but the clerk still refused to give scotch to her because she didn’t trust him. At this point the robbers took his driving license out of his wallet and gave it to the cashier.
Officers saw all the information given in the license and agreed that he was actually more than 21 and he put the scotch in the bag. Robber then ran out of the store with the booties.
The cashier immediately called the police and informed the name and address of the robber that are written in the license. They arrested the robber one hour later.
Barber oh Barber
One morning a teacher came to the barbershop. Having finished cutting his hair, the barber was asked by the teacher, "How much should i pay Mr. Barber?" The barber replied "Oh, no. You don’t need to pay. I like serving someone who teaches many people and makes them smart."
The next day he received a package containing 12 education books from the teacher. The next day the police went to the barbershop. Having finished cutting his hair, the barber was asked by the police, "How much should i pay Mr. Barber?" The barber replied"Oh, no. You don’t need to pay. I like serving someone who is willing to serve the society." The next day he received a package containing 12 donuts from the police.
The next day a member of a house of representative (DPR) came to the barbershop Having finished cutting his hair, the barber was asked by the police, "How much should i pay Mr. Barber?" The barber replied "Oh, no. You don’t need to pay. I like serving someone who serves the country." The next day he found another 12 members of the house of representative queued up in front of his barbershop.
A Letter from Afterlife
Once there was a wealthy businessman named Mr.Smith. He was enjoying his summer holidays in California. He went there alone on vacation while his wife would go after him three days later.
As soon as he got there, he wanted to send a letter to his wife, but he forgot his address because he was so busy with numerous projects that he ignored that little thing. Then he just wrote the address he remembered.
But the beginning of the disaster happened here. He had sent the letter directly and in fact it was addressed to his neighbor house which was mourning for the master of the house had just died next to his house.
Mr.Smith letter was read by the wife of the death man. Once finished reading he screamed and soon became unconscious. People there were wondering what was going on?
Then they found a letter containing a message as follows:
"Hello dear how are you? I 've just arrived here. Everything has been prepared to have you here tomorrow. Ahh ...Dear, It is so hot here... "
